Installation
Our GSG-team will install your new instrument wherever you require.
We will provide advice on the location to ensure optimal performance and
access to the system. Of course, all your system operators will receive
competent and detailed training.
Diagnosis
For any advice you can call our service-team Monday to Friday from 8
o' clock in the morning 'til 5 o'clock in the afternoon. We will answer
all your questions and try to find solutions to any of your problems.
Very often we can solve problems on the phone, but visiting our customers
and diagnosing faults in your laboratory are part of the special GSG-service
we provide for you.
Repair
Because of our competent experts we are able to provide completely independent
repair of all GSG-supplied instruments. Not only do we have the possibility
for on-site repair but also our modern laboratory and workshop facilities
allow us make in-house repairs to your instrument to return it to full
performance as quickly as possible. Finally, of course, we can deliver
every GSG-spare you need in just a few days. The whole service from one
hand!
